Our collection of Signature Dry Salamis represents the finest selection of Eastern European classics.  Hand crafted from select cuts of premium beef and pork or salamis are flavored with traditional herbs and spices and finished with hardwood smoke.  They are allowed to dry for several weeks in order to bring out each one's unique taste and aroma.

Handcrafted only from the highest quality choice cuts of beef, our Signature Beef Dry Salami exhibits the unmistakable beef flavor Evreyskaya salami is famous for.  It is simply flavored with garlic and black pepper.  It is cured, smoked with natural hard wood and allowed to dry for several weeks until the perfect combination of bite and flavor is achieved.

One of the most known salamis in Eastern Europe, our Moscow Brand Dry Salami is crafted using an traditional recipe from the Old World.  Made from select cuts of beef and flavorful pork fat, the salami is slowly cured and smoked with our signature blend of hardwood wood chips.  The salami is dried for several weeks until it develops its characteristic deep burgundy color and beefy flavor.

Beef & Brandy Dry Salami
Another original creation, our Beef & Brandy Dry Salami is rich in color and flavor.  We added aged brandy to our signature dry salami recipe and tweaked the spices to bring out the liquor's sweet and fruity flavors.  The salami is slowly cured, finished with all natural hardwood smoke and dried for several weeks until the perfect balance of flavors is developed.
